Consultation
A free 30 minute consultation via telephone or video call. We can discuss your personal needs and queries around entering therapy.
I can also direct you to alternative support if I am unable to meet your needs.

Assessment
Usually consisting of two sessions. Assessments are a great opportunity to focus time on early formative years, recent impacting events and current problematic symptoms. Assessments are collaboratively created with you in order to enable a deeper understanding of yourself.

On-going Treatment
Using cognitive and behavioural methods on-going treatment looks to manage current problematic symptoms using the knowledge from our assessment. This evidence based treatment has been highly successful for clients struggling with low mood and anxiety disorders. Treatments are bespoke and curated with your specific needs in mind.

Face To Face Location
We are located in the heart of Chorley Town Centre with easy parking and accessibility. Our address is Health at Heart 7 St. George’s Street Chorley PR7 2AA.
Payment and Cancellations

Payment is requested at least 48 hours in advance of a planned session to confirm. Payment can be made via secure BACS transfer.
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
Cancellations and/or missed sessions with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the full rate.
